Founder + Lead Attorney
Tess is the founder of EmployLegal and is driven by a single goal: securing real resolution for the people she represents. Over the course of her career, she has negotiated severances and settlements recovering more than $1 million for Nashville employees— and she brings that same tenacity to every matter she takes on, whether at the negotiating table or in the courtroom.
Tess fights to safeguard employee rights and to give a voice to those who have too often gone unheard.
