Founder + Lead Attorney
Tess is the founder of EmployLegal and is driven by a single goal: securing real resolution for the people she represents. Over the course of her career, she has negotiated severances and settlements recovering more than $1 million for Nashville employees— and she brings that same tenacity to every matter she takes on, whether at the negotiating table or in the courtroom.
Tess fights to safeguard employee rights and to give a voice to those who have too often gone unheard. She represents employees who have faced discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or national origin, those terminated or retaliated against for whistleblowing or exercising their First Amendment rights, and individuals navigating severance agreements, non-competes and other contractual disputes. Humphreys School of Law, where he was recognized for his achievements in moot court, oral advocacy, and legal research and writing. As Of Counsel with EmployLegal, Jaske brings a results-driven litigation background — spanning personal injury, medical malpractice, entertainment, and intellectual property — to the firm's employment matters, having secured more than $1 million in judgments and settlements for his clients.
