Founder + Lead Attorney

Tess attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. Tess has successfully represented clients in various industries including the construction, architecture and engineering, medical, law enforcement, professional sports, education, and computer science professions to name a few. Tess' background is diverse and she is dedicated to the satisfaction of her clients. 

Tess is committed to the safeguarding of employee rights and fighting for those who historically have not had a voice. Tess believes in her work representing clients who have been discriminated against on the basis of their race, gender, religious beliefs, or national origin. Tess further works with employees who have been terminated or otherwise retaliated against for whistleblowing or exercising their First Amendment rights.
